Tuscan cuisine has developed in one of the most fertile Italian regions. With its genuine flavours, its simplicity is synonym of richness. Taste the Ribollita, a typical Tuscan dish made with white Cannellini beans and winter cabbages served with the typical Tuscan bread.
Moreover, thanks to our language classes you will end your holiday speaking the beautiful language of Dante!
